By accessing or using LeadPilot AI ("Service") — including our website, dashboard, APIs, and Chrome extension — you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LeadPilot AI is a manual-first assistant. You remain responsible for every message you send on LinkedIn or elsewhere.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

LeadPilot AI may help you:

• Generate draft LinkedIn comments, DM replies, connection messages, and posts
• Save and manage leads, follow-ups, voice profile, and ICP settings
• View AI generation history and usage within plan limits

The Service does not automatically post, send messages, connect with people, scrape LinkedIn in bulk, or run background automation on your behalf. You must review and manually submit any content.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Workspace data (leads, notes, generations) belongs to the workspace and its members according to access you grant. You must not share login credentials or attempt to access another user's workspace without authorization.

You agree not to:

• Use LeadPilot AI to spam, harass, deceive, or violate LinkedIn's or any third party's terms of service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse rate limits, or circumvent plan or security controls
• Upload or prompt with illegal content, malware, or data you have no right to process
• Misrepresent AI-generated drafts as personal experience when that would be misleading or fraudulent
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users or platforms.

Drafts are generated by third-party AI providers (e.g. NVIDIA NIM) based on prompts and context you submit. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any draft. We do not guarantee uniqueness, fitness for a particular purpose, or compliance with platform rules.

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile notes, lead data, prompts). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service (including sending prompts to AI providers you enable via our backend). You represent that you have the rights to submit such content.

The LeadPilot AI name, branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to copy, modify, or redistribute our software except as needed to use the Service under a valid account.

Free beta and paid plans may include usage limits. Beta features may change or be withdrawn without notice. Paid subscriptions are processed by Freemius; fees, renewals, and cancellations are shown at checkout and on the Plan page. Unused free-tier quotas do not roll over unless we state otherwise.

The Service integrates with third parties such as LinkedIn (via your browser), Supabase (auth/database), and AI providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for LinkedIn's availability, UI changes, or enforcement of LinkedIn's policies against your account.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadPilot AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service — including LinkedIn account restrictions, rejected messages, or reliance on AI drafts. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50 if you use only the free beta.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadPilot AI and its operators from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law (including LinkedIn's terms).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data. By using the Service, you also acknowledge that policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be highlighted on the website or in-product.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary place of business operation for LeadPilot AI (to be specified in a production deployment), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue, except where prohibited by consumer protection law.
